1. Pretreatment (CH ǔ L ǐ) segment. The pretreatment section for spraying glass wine bottles includes pre stripping, main stripping and surface adjustment. If it is in the north, the temperature of the main stripping part cannot be too low, so it needs to be kept warm. Otherwise, the treatment effect is not ideal;
2. Preheating section. After the pretreatment (CH ǔ L ǐ), it is necessary to enter the preheating section, which generally takes 8-10 minutes. When the glass bottle arrives at the powder spraying room, it is necessary to make the workpiece to be sprayed have a certain amount of waste heat, so as to increase the adhesion of the powder foam;
3. Glass bottle soot blowing purification section. If the technological requirements of the sprayed workpiece are relatively high, this section is necessary. Otherwise, if there is a lot of dust adsorbed on the workpiece, there will be a lot of particles on the surface of the processed workpiece, which will reduce the quality;
4. Powder spraying section. Glass bottle is the traditional beverage packaging container in China, and glass is also a kind of packaging material with a long history. In the case of many kinds of packaging materials pouring into the market, glass container still occupies an important position in beverage packaging, which is inseparable from its packaging characteristics which can not be replaced by other packaging materials. 5. Drying section. What should be noted in this section is the temperature and baking time. Generally, 180-200 ℃ is the best temperature for the powder, which depends on the material of the workpiece.
